Refund policy: 14 days, no questions

If the Electrician SWMS Kit isn't what you needed, you get your money back. No forms, no "reason for return" dropdown, no arguing.

The policy

• Window: 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: none. "It's not for me" is enough. It's a digital product — we know you can't un-download it, and we offer this anyway.
• How: email support@swmskit.com from (or quoting) the email address you bought with, or use the refund option on your Payhip receipt.
• Speed: we action refund requests within one business day. The money lands back via your original payment method on Payhip's/your bank's usual timeline.
