Your licence

• Buying a kit gives you (one person or one business) a perpetual licence to use, edit and complete the templates for unlimited jobs in your own business — including adding your logo, ABN and details.
• You may share completed, site-specific documents with principal contractors, clients, workers and regulators as your work requires — that's what they're for.
• You may not resell, redistribute or republish the templates themselves (blank or lightly edited), or offer them as part of a competing template product or library.

The product, honestly

• The kit is a set of templates. Each one must be reviewed, completed and made site-specific in consultation with the workers carrying out the work before use. A generic SWMS that has not been made site-specific does not meet WHS requirements.
• Content is professionally prepared with AI assistance and human review against the regulations current at the version date shown in the documents. Regulations change; the pack includes free updates for 12 months from purchase.
• Nothing on this site or in the kit is legal advice, and SWMS Kit is not affiliated with Safe Work Australia or any state regulator. Responsibility for WHS/OHS compliance on your jobs remains yours.

Purchases and refunds

Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip under its own terms. Every purchase carries our 14-day, no-questions refund policy, in addition to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the non-excludable consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law), our liability for any claim relating to the site or the templates is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
